REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

At RhinestoneDownloads.com, operated by Hair Hardware Crafts Inc., we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Because we sell both digital products and physical products, our refund and return policies differ depending on the type of product purchased.

Please review this policy before placing your order.

1. DIGITAL PRODUCTS AND DOWNLOADS

Digital products include rhinestone templates, design files, patterns, graphics, instructions, and other downloadable materials.

All digital product sales are generally final and non-refundable once the digital product has been delivered or access to the download has been provided.

Because digital files can be downloaded, copied, and used immediately, we cannot generally accept returns or issue refunds for digital products after delivery.

Before purchasing, please:

  • Carefully review the product description.
  • Confirm the file format is compatible with your software and equipment.
  • Make sure you are purchasing the correct design or product.

If you experience a problem accessing or downloading your purchase, please contact us. We will make reasonable efforts to help resolve download or delivery issues.

Nothing in this policy limits refund rights that may be required by applicable law.

2. PHYSICAL PRODUCTS — 30-DAY RETURNS

Eligible physical products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • The return request must be made within 30 days of delivery.
  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging, when applicable.
  • You must contact us and receive return instructions before sending the item back.

Products that have been used, damaged by the customer, or returned in a condition that prevents resale may not qualify for a refund, subject to applicable law.

Certain products may be designated as final sale or non-returnable. Any such restrictions will be disclosed in the product listing or at the time of purchase, subject to applicable law.

3. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Exception: If we shipped the wrong product, sent an incorrect quantity, or made another fulfillment mistake, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs and work with you to correct the issue.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for return shipments lost or damaged in transit before they reach us.

4. HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

Please wait for our response and return authorization before mailing any product back.

Do not send returns to this address without first contacting us and receiving return instructions.

6. REFUND PROCESSING

Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it to determine whether it meets the return requirements.

If approved:

  • A refund will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or otherwise required by law.

  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

We will notify you by email when your return has been received and whether your refund has been approved.

7. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ORDERS

Please include your order number and photographs of the issue, if applicable.

We will review the issue and work with you to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, correction, or refund.

8. CANCELED ORDERS

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.

Physical orders that have not yet been processed or shipped may be eligible for cancellation. Once an order has shipped, it will generally be handled under our physical product return policy.

Digital orders may not be eligible for cancellation or refund once the digital product has been delivered or access has been provided.
