DST Conversion – Rhinestone & Spangle Design File Converted for Spangle Machines

Already have a rhinestone or spangle design file? Send it to us and we’ll convert it to a DST file ready to load on DST spangle machines like ProSpangle, Spangle Elite and the SHENYUE Spangle Machine.

Description

Turn your finished rhinestone or spangle design into a machine-ready DST file. This is a conversion service for pre-digitized designs, meaning files where every stone or spangle is already placed. We don’t create or digitize new artwork with this service.

What you get

• A DST file at your design’s real size, ready to load on your machine
• Each stone color and size in its own section, so it’s easy to assign a punch unit to each one
• Section colors that match your design, so they’re easy to tell apart on most machine screens
• A short section list, for example “Section 1 = Purple 3 mm, 509 stones”

Files we accept

• SVG (preferred)
• Sierra Hotfix DSG (these cannot be uploaded here and must be emailed to us after purchase)
• AI, EPS, PLT or PDF (not guaranteed, SVG is preferred)

Before you upload, please check that

• Every stone or spangle is its own circle, not a picture or a filled shape
• Stones are 2 mm, 3 mm or 4 mm
• Each stone color is a different fill color in the file
• The design is the size you want it to come out
• Background boxes, printed artwork and guide lines are fine to leave in. Tell us in the notes, and only the stones will be converted.

Machine compatibility
Our DST files are tested on ProSpangle machines. Most DST spangle and rhinestone machines read the same format, but machines and software vary. If you have a different brand, please list it in the notes and we’ll confirm before converting.

Turnaround
Usually 1-2 business days after we receive your file (usually faster!). Your DST is emailed to you once conversion is complete.

Please note

• By uploading, you confirm you own the design or have the right to use it.
• Because this is a custom digital service, it can’t be returned once your file has been delivered. If something doesn’t run right on your machine, contact us and we’ll work with you to fix the file.
